Vizcarra Residence — Proposed 4-Storey Mixed-Use Building
Situated in Baclaran, Parañaque City, the Vizcarra Residence is a proposed 4-storey mixed-use development featuring rentable commercial spaces on the ground floor and residential units above.
The residential floors include studio and 1-bedroom units, designed to accommodate urban dwellers seeking convenience and accessibility. My contribution to the project involved rendering both the exterior and interior perspectives and creating a comprehensive walkthrough presentation to effectively showcase the spatial flow and material finishes.
Lumion was utilized for rendering, while Premiere Pro was employed for editing and enhancing the visual presentation.
