LiteCasting Solutions: A Precast Panel Facility Proposal
This project presents LiteCasting Solutions, a proposed two-storey commercial building designed as a compact facility combining retail, office, and warehouse functions. Located in Fairview, Quezon City, the building is meant to support the operations of a precast concrete panel business that emphasizes sustainability, efficiency, and innovation in the construction industry.
The design features a modern architectural approach with functional zoning—retail services at the front, office functions at the midsection, and warehouse/production at the rear.
The highlight of the project is its structured project scheduling approach, demonstrated through an S-Curve chart and construction timeline. These planning tools ensure effective management of resources, time, and logistics, contributing to operational efficiency and timely execution.
